I would like to introduce my younger brother, and secondary contributer to the blog, Joe "Serious Meat" Scalo. Joe is known for dominating meals and not backing down from challenges. I am looking forward to seeing some of the masterpeices he can create and find in the greater Hoboken/NYC area.
