Mexican Day

Today was Mexican Day at the corporate cafeteria.  Options being fajitas or taco salad.  I opted for, and always go with the Taco Salad.  Even when I bring a brown bag lunch, if I see Taco Salad on the menu, the brown bag stays in the fridge and is eaten the next day.  What is even better, the taco salad which was bigger than the Corporate Salad Bar, cost a flat rate of $7.50.  It is offensive to call this montstrosity a salad due to the ratio of deliciousness to lettuce.  This beast I had today consisted of a lettuce base (minimal), grilled chicken, ground beef, fajita style peppers and onions, rice, beans, tomatoes, jalapenos, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, in a make shift taco shell bowl.  After Indian Buffet Tuesday and Taco Monstrosity Wednesday, it will probably be a wise decision to go to the gym tonight.

    Lunch Pail,

$7.50 for a taco salad like that is a steal. Is this a TR only caf? Can passerby's stop in on Mexican days for a quick bite? I would consider coming over with "Peter" in order to have a taste. You're a brave guy for doing Indian Buffett and Taco Salad (minimal lettuce) in one week.
